The
single most important factor in the success of aesthetic (cosmetic)
surgery is the surgeon whom you select. This is why you need to know
about the training and experience of your aesthetic plastic surgeon.
Dr.
Dubin has been in plastic surgery practice in Orange County since 1980,
and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery - the only
board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify
surgeons. He received both his undergraduate degree and his medical
degree from U.C.L.A. He served a residency in general surgery at U.C.L.A.
and a residency in plastic surgery at Stanford University Medical Center.
He also served as Senior Clinical Fellow in cranio-maxillofacial surgery
in the Mayo Clinic. In addition to his private aesthetic practice, he
is Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery and the University
of California, Irvine. He is a member of many international, national,
and regional plastic surgery societies as well as Fellow of the American
College of Surgeons. He has authored numerous scientific articles and
has delivered many presentations at medical meetings. His primary hospital
affiliation is Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach, where he served
as Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery.
