Endoforeheadplasty:

The forehead and brow are among the first anatomic areas to show signs of facial aging. Descent of the brows creates a tired and sad look and contributes to the appearance of excess skin in the upper eyelids. Vertical and horizontal lines also give the appearance of age. The endoscopic foreheadplasty corrects these changes. The use of the endoscope permits small access wounds all within the scalp, thereby eliminating the long incisions previously used in older forms of forehead lifting.

Endoscopic Midfacelift:

The extent of dissection in the endoforeheadplasty can be extended and coupled with an intra-oral incision and dissection to permit lifting the midface as well as the forehead and brows. This is an outstanding procedure for the relatively young patient with early facial aging but not yet sufficiently advanced to require traditional facelifting with external scars.

Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery):

We generally make eye contact with each other in social and business encounters and the appearance of the eyelids is critical in affecting an observer's perception of us. Lid surgery to remove excess skin and contour lid fat can produce a more youthful, rested, and vibrant look. Lid surgery is often combined with additional facial cosmetic surgeries..

Facelift:

The facelift removes sagging excess skin of the face and neck and also repositions the facial fat and tightens the supporting structures. Comtemporary techniques allow a natural look without the tell-tale signs of a facelift than often followed older techniques. A facelift is often conbined with blepharoplasty and endoscopic foreheadplasty to achieve total facial rejuvenation.

Laser Resurfacing:

Laser skin resurfacing addresses the very fine lines and wrinkles intrinsic to the skin. It can be done as the sole procedure in younger patients or as a complementary treatment in those patients who need surgical rejuvenations surgery as well.

Rhinoplasty:

Rhinoplasty reshapes the nose but modifying the bones and cartilage of the nose. Present techniques permit a natural non-surgical appearing result which balances the nose with the rest of the face.

Otoplasty:

This procedure repostions and reshapes prominent protruding ears by surgically altering the ear cartilage to produce the anatomically proper position and contour. Otoplasty is often done in childhood but certainly can be done on adults as well.

Chin and Cheek Implants:

Modern designs of bio-compatible implants allow a wide range of augmentation of the receding chin. Anatomic design or extended implants allow for increasing the width of the chin as well as chin projection. Similarly, a wide range of implant design permits supplementing the prominence of the cheekbones. Very sophisticated computer design technology (CAD-CAM) can be used to custom design and fabricate implants in the unusual cases when commercially available implants are not appropriate.

Breast Augmentation:

Augmentation mammaplasty remains one of the statistically most popular cosmetic procedures. Most patients receive saline implants which are available in a wide range of sizes. Within appropriate anatomic limits, patients can generally pick the size that they wish to meet their own personal sense of aesthetics.

Breast Lift (Mastopexy):

Mastopexy elevates and contours sagging breasts that can result from weight loss or from the changes of pregnancy. Often a breast lift is combined with a small augmentation mammaplasty to minimize the degree of lifting required and to help maintain the longevity of the lift. A mastopexy does add additional scarring to the breast with the extent of this scarring directly related to the amount of lifting required.

Breast Reduction:

In a reduction mammaplasty, a lift is combined with removal of breast tissue to not only reshape the breast, but also to make it smaller. Reduction mammaplasty is often done to relieve back, neck, and shoulder pain that can result from the altered body mechanics of having large breasts. This procedure also leaves visible scarring on the breasts and therefore every patient contemplating this operation must feel that the trade for the scars is worth the improvement in contour and reduction in symptoms.

Liposuction:

Liposuction is one of the most commonly performed cosmetic surgeries and is an excellent procedure for body contouring when proper patient selection factors are observed. Liposuction is not a substitute for diet and exercise, but is appropriate for removing localized fat deposits in patients who have adequate skin elasticity to redrape. The most common areas for liposuction include the abdomen, hips, saddlebags, upper inner thighs, and the so-called "love-handles". Other areas of the body are also done in properly selected patients.

Abdominoplasty:

This procedure is for patients who have excess abdominal skin of poor elasticity and relaxation of the underlying muscles. Abdominoplasty provides maximum improvement in abdominal contour but does leave an abdominal scar which is visible, although generally planned so as to be covered by underwear or swimwear.

Additional Body Countouring Procedures:

Procedures such as arm lifts, thigh lifts, and buttock lifts are available, but generally limited to those patients who have experienced massive weight loss. All of these operations can produce significant scarring.
